The recent developments in the area of information and communication engineering in the past few years has led to unprecedented increase in the number of people using these technologies and also the interest in research and development. The theme of this conference includes convergence of Communications, Signal Processing and Computing. This conference aims to bring together innovative academics, researchers and industrial experts in the field of communications, signal processing and computing fields to a common forum, for a constructive dialog on theoretical concepts and practical ideas. The objective of this conference is to provide a forum to researchers to present the-state-of-the-art work of theirs. Practicing engineers, scientists from R & D Institutions, faculty members of engineering colleges, research scholars and postgraduate students are expected to participate in this conference. The papers can be submitted through the conference website www.easychair.org/ICSCN2008. Submitted papers must be original and unpublished. Papers must be written in English should be atmost 6 pages long in total and must conform to IEEE format. IEEE format can be downloaded from the conference website.
